What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Report it to Clean Home Club via phone or email and we try to resolve it as fast as we can.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We take security seriously. We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not touch your financial data. When we use Stripe’s technology on on website, the credit card data entered into our payment form is never store by us. Instead, the data is sent directly to Stripe. This encourages good security.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, it is mandatory for our cleaners to go through background check before we hire them.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not happy with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know immediately.

We’ll send a our cleaning team out to make it right (within a 7 day window).

If after our re-clean is done and you’re still not happy with the quality, we offer a full refund.
